Our strategic overhaul began by forging a new, modern monogram that communicated their core values of agility and durability. We established a deliberate visual hierarchy that honored their partnership with CFMOTO Nigeria while asserting Delanyard’s own powerful identity. The result was a complete transformation—a sophisticated and confident brand ready to dominate the market and visually embody its status as a world-class leader.

LuceSwitch: Switching On Trust

This turnaround story was about turning a new fintech startup into a trusted brand from day one. LuceSwitch, a digital payment gateway, needed to launch into a competitive market and immediately establish credibility. The challenge was to build a brand that communicated both lightning-fast innovation and iron-clad security.

Our blueprint was a strategy of deliberate contrast. We forged a geometric, shield-like logo to signal security, then paired it with a high-energy color palette of Electric Yellow and Deep Navy to represent speed and trust.
